[yathar Smart Order] Released a 'snooze function' for order notifications

Added the ability to re-notify when there are outstanding orders.
If the control panel is open, the snooze notification will be given in any sense of 0 to 10 minutes.
This function is available from "Shops" → "General" in the control panel.
